A No.1 Bank Picnic Pod comes with a 3x3m gazebo, a 6 person picnic bench and roped frontage allowing prime viewing of the polo action
This ticket entitles entrance for 6 persons or 2 x Households, please ensure each member of your party has a copy of the ticket or they will be denied entry.
Your car pass will be emailed to you separately
Strictly no BBQs, gazebos, picnic umbrellas, flags, banners, board or structures of any kind.
Vehicles are not permitted to park next to the picnic pods on the No.1 Bank and maximum capacity is 6 people or 2 households (adults/children combined)
Event Information:
PLEASE PRINT OUT ALL TICKETS (1 FOR EACH PERSON) WHICH WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE EVENT/ACCESS YOUR PURCHASED PACKAGE. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE AN APPROPRIATE PRINTED TICKET WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCES ON THE DAY.
Remember this is an outdoor event, so be prepared for the vagaries of the British weather!
Dress Code: There is no specific dress code for General Admission and Public Areas.
Please note :
No private gazebos, structures, parasols or barbeques are permitted anywhere on the site.
Children U12 receive free entry. Children U16 must be accompanied by an adult please.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
No refunds or exchanges are permitted at any time.
However, If Beaufort Polo Club cancel the event due to COVID / Government Guidelines, Beaufort Polo Club shall issue a full refund.
For NHS Test and Trace purposes, the customer that purchases the ticket must provide contact details of themselves and their guests. Please contact eventsassistant@beaufortpoloclub.co.uk with this information.

Please be aware that Polo can be a dangerous sport; any persons visiting Beaufort Polo Club do so entirely at their own risk and should ensure that they, their friends and family remain behind the safety lines, out of the pony lines and practice areas and follow any directions given by the Event Organiser and/or their representatives/Stewards. Beaufort Polo Club will accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any kind of injury, loss or damage suffered by any person to their property while present at The Club, whatsoever or howsoever that injury, loss or damage is caused
