PLEASE NOTE: This is the ticketed event, there are NO tickets available to purchase on the day. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

No.1 Bank Picnic Pods – £150
Our No.1 Bank Picnic Pods ensure prime viewing of the polo and include a gazebo with roped frontage and a 6 person picnic bench.
Far Side Picnic Pods – £100
Enjoy the action in your own designated picnic spot giving you front row access to the polo. Each spot consists of a roped off area and comes with a 6 person picnic bench.
Please note: Each Picnic Pod and Picnic Spot has a maximum capacity of 6 people or 2 households and allows entrance to the event (children are included in the 6 person capacity)
Early bird access to tickets is available for Beaufort Members and ticket holders of the Masquerade Ball.
Please note all tickets must be bought in advance of the event, there will be NO tickets on sale on the gate on the day and there is no General Entrance tickets.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Please print all tickets and present at the gate on arrival. Printed tickets are required to enter the event/access purchased packages. Anyone who does not have an appropriate printed ticket will be refused entry to the event.
Can I purchase a ticket at the gate on the day?
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance of the event. There will be no tickets for sale on the day of the event.
When do ticket sales close?
Tickets sales close on Friday 25th June.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No, there are no ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event.
Please note that children are included in the ‘maximum of 6 people / 2 households rule for each picnic spot.
What can I bring into the event?
Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic but no barbeques, private gazebos, tables or structures of any kind are permitted. Event Gazebos and reserved Picnic Spots may be booked via the Beaufort Polo Club website.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times please.

What’s the refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges are permitted at any time.
However, If Beaufort Polo Club cancel the event due to COVID / Government Guidelines, Beaufort Polo Club shall issue a full refund.
Can I update my registration information?
We’re sorry, registration information can not be amended once you have booked.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Tickets can not be transferred to another date.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes that’s fine.
Please be aware that Polo can be a dangerous sport; any persons visiting Beaufort Polo Club do so entirely at their own risk and should ensure that they, their friends and family remain behind the safety lines, out of the pony lines and practice areas and follow any directions given by the Event Organiser. Beaufort Polo Club will accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any kind of injury, loss or damage suffered by any person to their property while present at The Club, whatsoever or howsoever that injury, loss or damage is caused’
