COVID-19 Update

Our priority has always been the health of our members, players, spectators, staff and suppliers who visit the Club. With the current situation and on the advice of the Government, Public Health England and the HPA, it has not been safe to have spectators visit the Club. Unfortunately, current Government guidelines are predicting that spectators will not be allowed to return until October. With this in mind, we expect Social Members will not be able to attend polo for the rest of the Season. Understandably we share your frustrations and disappointment with this news as we had really hoped to see you all this year. We thank you for your patience throughout this time and very much look forward to welcoming you back to the Club for the 2021 Season.

Please be assured that this still means you can dine at the Clubhouse, to book your place please email tai@thespicedhawk.co.uk.

For our Social Members we offer the following options:

  • For those of you who have already paid Membership you can either credit this to next year or request a refund. Please note that next year we cannot guarantee that Membership will be set at the same price and there may be a difference to pay in 2021
  • For those of you who have paid full price for 2020 and do not request a refund, as a gesture of thanks for your generosity for supporting the Club during this difficult time, you will not be subject to any further Membership increases up to and including the 2025 Season

Please email your request to events@beaufortpoloclub.co.uk and make sure to confirm with us how you wish to proceed before January 1st 2021.
