COVID-19 Update

Our priority has always been the health of our members, players, spectators, staff and suppliers who visit the Club. With the current situation and on the advice of the Government, Public Health England and the HPA, it has not been safe to have spectators visit the Club. For that reason, we have not yet sent out Social Membership packs. Current guidance is to keep those attending training sessions or games to an absolute minimum and therefore spectators are not permitted. We are continually monitoring the situation and working out if and when we can invite Social Members back to the Club. We are very keen to see you at the Club again, but these steps must be taken to ensure we can have a successful and safe polo season, so we thank you for your patience at this time.

As our Season has been delayed and many of our events postponed or cancelled, we appreciate that the great benefits we offer our Members have been reduced. With this in mind, we are offering the following options to our Social Members should we be allowed to invite you back:

  • Social Membership reduced by 50% =  £115  £57.50 or £75 £37.50 for Over 65s/Students. Those who have paid the full price and want a 50% refund can request this via the Polo Office
  • Those who have paid full price and don’t wish to attend/can’t attend can have a credit for next year or to use against other products at the Club e.g lessons, merchandise
  • For those who choose to pay full price regardless, this would be hugely appreciated by the Club. Your generosity will ensure the Club will be in the best position possible to face challenges in these difficult times. As a thank you for your generosity, these Members will receive a price freeze on future Membership payments, meaning they will not be subject to further increases in Membership prices
